A home away from home 5 bedroom Bach, includes 4 bedrooms with king mattresses & a bunk room with 4 king single mattresses & 2 single trundler beds. This Bach is designed to relax and unwind-perfect for a large family or two families to enjoy a break away. Lovely indoor/outdoor flow onto sun drenched decking. Lazy 300m walk to amazing white sandy surf beach/kids playground. smart TV (Netflix etc) , EV Charging (15a/3kw), Wifi. A/C in main living area. Nespresso coffee machine (BYO "pods"). Note the Kayaks are not for guests to use. Other things to note Information for bookings: • Max. 14 guests, including infants. Self-check in after 2pm, check out before 10am (unless otherwise agreed in writing with the owner). • No smoking inside. If smoking outside, please ensure your cigarette butts are not discarded on the grounds. • No parties, no additional guests and no staying beyond the dates you have booked. • No tents or additional guests without prior permission. • No pets allowed. • No fires allowed. • Guests do not have access to the locked cupboards inside the property, or the garden shed and kayaks. • It is important that you specify the correct bed linen (king vs king single) you require for your stay as this will be provided at the end of the bed for you to use (using more than one set of sheets per bed will incur further cleaning costs). Under no circumstances are you to use beds without linen. • Bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. • There is a full kitchen, including an induction cooktop/oven, microwave and everything you need for cooking and serving. • There is a BBQ available to use on the deck. Please ensure this is cleaned before your departure. • You are allowed to park on the grass in front of the deck; Please do not block the driveway as neighbours require driveway access at all times. • When departing the Property, please: o Leave the property as you have found it. Although we do have our cleaner to come into the property once you depart, the cleaning fee you have paid only covers her time to wash/dry sheets and do a general clean. If the property takes longer to clean, then you will be charged at our discretion. o Please take the used sheets and pillowcase off the beds you have used and leave them in the basket next to the washing machine. o Please leave used towels etc in the basket next to the washing machine. o Turn off all heated towel rails. o Turn off all lights, including outside lights. o Close all the blinds/curtains. o Turn off the heat pump. o Return keys into the lock box when you depart. If keys are not returned, you will be charged to replace all locks. • If anything breaks during your stay or is not working, please let us know so we can replace before the next guests arrive. • We have a pizza oven which you are welcome you use, however we ask that you please only use dry wood in it so it doesn't get smoky and don't let the fire get too big. Please ensure when lit it is not left unsupervised and at all times keep children away. We often leave a small amount of wood there (if previous guests have not used it all!) but we suggest if you plan to use then BYO dry wood. Note: the oven is removable (stainless steel part) so start your fire with it out, let the fire die down to mainly embers and inset the oven (it does not take long to heat). There is also a rack you can inset (instead of the pizza oven) to cook directly over the embers - Enjoy :-)
