Felisa's Guesthouse and Gardenhouse (with pool)

Felisa's Guesthouse and Garden house is located in a residential subdivision (Ma-a) near the heart of Davao City. Several interesting places are only a short ride away. Jollibee and Dunkin Donuts are 200 meters away. Our pool gives you time to relax and if you're tired you can cool down in the air-conditioned rooms. We are staying in the same compound and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs! Please contact us for travel arrangements or any additional services you desire. The space Both Guesthouse and Garden house are on the same compound. They can be also rented individually (also here on AirBnB). The Guesthouse has a floor area of 100 square meters and a maximum capacity of 7 guests. The Garden house has a floor area of 60 square meters and a maximum capacity of 5 guests. So together we can host up to 12 guests. Our Guesthouse: The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a pullout bed with an extra mattress. Floor area is around 20 sqm. The second bedroom has two single beds and a pullout bed with an extra mattress. Floor area is around 20 sqm. Our Garden house: The master’s bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed. Floor area is around 12 sqm. The second bedroom located on the first floor has one single bed and one bunkbed. Floor area is around 12 sqm. Both bedrooms in the Garden house have a private bathroom. All bedrooms in both houses have a split type air conditioner. We are staying in the same compound and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs! Guest access All rooms in both Guesthouse and Garden house can be used exclusively. That includes two kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. As well as two separate dining and living areas and the terrace of the guesthouse. The private pool in the garden can be used only by our guests and by us. The pool is not open to other guests from the outside. Other things to note Our Guesthouse was built 2008 - the Garden house was added 2019. We are staying in the same compound and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs! Please contact us if you are looking for any of the following: - airport pickup - car rental (with or without driver) - laundry service - catering and provision of food/drinks for your stay here - tours to special destinations in the area - island hoping or special tours to Samal Island Kids below 6 years of age can stay for free in our houses. Kids in the age of 6 years and above are counted for the maximum of 12 people. If you plan to stay in our houses with more then three kids please contact us for an individual arrangement.
