There are three other apartments in the same residence including that of the owner. (2 on the ground floor, 2 on the 1st floor). The entrance to your "Expression" studio is completely independent and leads directly into the living room, which consists of a cozy TV lounge area, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an induction hob and an extractor hood. The bathroom/toilet is accessible through the living room. The "Expression" accommodation is composed of a spacious bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a large dressing room. The large windows give it a beautiful brightness with its Southeast exposure. The street is one of the quietest in the medieval Bastide of Geaune, one-way, used only by residents. The residence has the great advantage of being located in the heart of the historic Bastide of Geaune, its historical monuments and its rich economic life (All basic necessities and food shops, market on Thursday morning, doctors, pharmacy, nurses, many services, bank and distributors, gas station and garages, 2 hairdressing salons and 1 beauty salon, flea markets and artisans, municipal swimming pool, tennis, skate park, marked hiking trails, wine cellar of the Tursan winegrowers...) Guest access The furnished accommodation is accessible from Rue du Village Neuf in the village of Bastide de Geaune in Tursan. It is a quiet, one-way street, only used by residents. Numerous parking spots are located along the way. The parking lots surrounding the residence are: The parking lot of the Church 50 m away, that of the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville 30 m away, The parking lot of the Halle aux Veaux 50 m away. Parking is common for all residents and tenants. Other things to note Pet stays are subject to a weekly surcharge of €15. Only one pet per furnished accommodation is accepted. Please note, however, that we ourselves have animals that are free in the common areas such as gardens, terraces and patios. (dog, cat) A farmyard is also installed at the bottom of the 1st garden with some beautiful chickens and rabbits. A composter is at your disposal in the garden, as well as the barbecue.
