Mattresses and pillows covered with nappa leather covers for easy cleaning. Fan, side tables, drawer, coat rack. Large bathroom with electric shower. There's a clothesline. Shared kitchen and dining room with guests of the SEA, SUN and WAVES Suites. WE DO NOT OFFER A STOVE. IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHANGE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT. NO AIR CONDITIONING The space Suite located on the ground floor in my own residence with access through the 2nd floor. ATTENTION: WE DO NOT HAVE A STOVE. 2 MICROWAVES WILL BE AVAILABLE. AN IRON WITH AN IRONING BOARD AND A HAIR DRYER ARE AVAILABLE IN THE KITCHEN FOR USE. BOTH MUST BE RETURNED AFTER USE. THEY MUST NOT BE KEPT IN THE SUITE. Bathroom with aluminum shower, floor and wall tiles up to the ceiling. Mattresses and pillows are covered with NAPA from the TAKRIS company to facilitate cleaning. In each suite, there is an emergency light. At the entrance to the kitchen, there is a map of Arraial informing the location of all the beaches. SO THE GUEST CAN ENJOY AN ADDITIONAL 4 HOURS ON THE DAY OF THEIR DEPARTURE My residence is located on a public street with shops and easy access to the main beaches of Arraial do Cabo. Kitchen available to guests equipped with a sink, cabinets, dishes, glasses, cutlery, microwaveable pots, table and chairs. Two refrigerators, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender and 2 microwave ovens. The 15 m2 kitchen is for the exclusive use of the suite guests, who can prepare their breakfast and quick meals. Large, ventilated and well-lit cafeteria. WE ASK YOU NOT TO BRING: FRYERS... ELECTRIC OR NON-ELECTRIC BARBECUES, OR ANY OTHER APPLIANCES. The kitchen refrigerators are shared with guests from 3 other suites. If there is insufficient space for the guest, we can lend a cooler. Guests can purchase ice at an establishment near my residence. The Styrofoam cooler can be kept in the suite. Any extra requests beyond what is offered in the stay will be charged separately. We can offer a simple themed decoration by adding some decorative objects, or paintings, or glasses and drinks in acrylic buckets to the suite. Details to be arranged in advance with the host. PETS LIVE ON THE PROPERTY BUT DO NOT INTERACT WITH GUESTS, NOR DO THEY CIRCULATE IN THE SPACES INTENDED FOR GUESTS Guest access Independent access to the street, each guest will receive the keys to the main gate and their suite. We don't have parking, my own car is on the street. I suggest searching for parking in Arraial do Cabo on the internet and dealing directly with the person responsible. During your stay I will be available in person or by electronic means or I will delegate this assignment to my husband or person I trust. Other things to note The dining room is exclusive but serves guests of the 2 Sea and Sun suites, in addition to the Earth Suite, alternating stays to avoid crowding.
