Central location for many of Somerset's attractions that include Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wedmore, Glastonbury, Weston Super Mare and Brean. Walkers, cyclists and golfers will all be in their element with plenty of spectacular walks and rides on our doorstep and a number of quality golf courses within easy reach. A warm welcome awaits! The space Converted barn, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. The kitchen comes complete with a steam oven, microwave oven and fan oven with a wine cooler and American style fridge freezer on hand to keep things cool. A two drawer dishwasher and integrated coffee machine completes this space! The lounge comes with a large flat screen TV that has both Netflix and Amazon. More homely comfort is provided by a plush sofa and a lovely wood burner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all furnished to a high standard and a utility room is on hand that houses a washing machine. Finally, to complete the picture, you will have exclusive use of an EV Charging Point, and the garden patio comes complete with a 6 person hot tub and rattan garden sofa set! Guest access Guests have exclusive access and use of the barn, its garden and its hot tub. Guests should also be aware that the 4th bedroom is accessible by stairs, is an attic room, has a kingsize daybed plus 2 toddler beds, has its own WC, and is height restricted. Other things to note Guests are assured of isolation and privacy where all amenities are for exclusive use. The Barn is in a quiet village setting where guests are requested to consider the neighbours! For this purpose guests are asked not to use the hot tub after 11.00pm. Both bathroom and hot tub towels are provided for all guests. Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets at this accommodation. This property does not permit Party Groups, Stag or Hen Do's.
