Beautiful sea-view, right on the beach, hotel-like studio suite in the perfect location and with stunning view! Situated in the desired Ben-Gurion/ Hayarkon corner, You can't ask for better!! It is an amazing brand new suite, which is similar in standard to any 5 stars hotel suite !! Inside you can find double bed with comfort sateen linens, luxurious mattress and orthopedic pillows, cable TV, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffe machine, microwave, refrigerator, towels and more. The space The space was completely renovated to meet our strict standards. The suite is 21 square meters, with big windows to sit and enjoy the view of the sea. The suite is located inside an apartment which was divided to three separated suites, with a door to each of them, for which you will get a key to. Inside the suite there is a kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, micro-wave, a coffee machine and essentials such as plates, glasses and more. There is maximum privacy in the suite, a private bedroom and a bathroom for each suite, with great shower head, shampoo and soaps. In addition there is a 50' cable TV, with Netflix included. It is perfect for one person or a couple Guest access The place is located on the third floor of the building. Note: you need to climb stairs (no elevator) but it is not difficult, though with suitcases it might be a little hard on the first time, don't worry :) The place is an independent suite inside an apartment, which means you have a key to the apartment lobby and a key to the door of the suite. There are two more suites adjacent to this suite. We made sure you will have everything in the suite itself, including refrigerator and micro-wave. The guests can access the lobby, the private suite itself, the private bathroom. Note: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. No exceptions ! Other things to note Please note that you can’t smoke inside the apartment at all. In addition, Tel-Aviv is one of the hardest places to find parking spot. We really recommend you not to come with a car, to avoid frustration and parking tickets. Note also that the apartment is located above a noisy street, but the double glazed windows and the noise-reducing curtains are eliminating most of the noise . If you are very sensitive, please consider this. We invested our heart and time in every little detail of the suite. We would love you to stay in our place but you must make sure you understand that you shall make every effort to keep the place exactly how you got it, and take care of the place as if it were your own.
