The space Michelle’s Cozy Place @Avida Aspira Tower 1 is in the heart of Cagayan De Oro .This Cozy studio unit is situated on the 22nd floor of the newly constructed building Avida Towers.The unit has a lot of things to offer.It has rice cooker,iron,hair blower,kettle, fridge,Tv,shower heater,WiFi and air conditioning and more to provide you all the comfort during you stay. Guest access Amenities are not yet available at the moment,still under construction.Guest can only access the lobby going up using elevator and the whole area of the unit. Other things to note *Charges Apply to two Persons,additional P300 pesos per night charge for every extra person sleep in the unit and that will be collected upon check-In.Room can accommodate up to 4 person. *kids 4 years old and up is considered as adult. *Text/message me before you call.
