This apartment is located in the centre of Chania city, in the east part of Chania's old town, at a quiet pedestrian road. The church of Saint Nicolaos is just in the corner. The area is locally called Splanzia. Every Saturday there is an open mall. It is also just 10 minutes away on foot from the Venecian harbour and the Koum Kapi beach. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and snack bars nearby. This apartment is ideal for a couple The space The apartment is the upper maisonette of a detached house in the old area of Splanzia. It is a nice apartment but it has limited heights. It is suitable for people of normal height and not very tall. The only thing to be mindful of is that the staircase, kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom all have low ceilings and will not suit you if you are above 5ft 7" inches (172cm) height or 1.80cm. I am 6ft 1" and had to keep my head down, so if you are tall this place isn't for you. Guest access The guest has the whole apartment at their disposal and the roof to enjoy the view of the surrounding area as well as the minaret and the church of Agios Nikolaos.
