Feel free to contact our Betterplace customer support once you confirm your reservation to avail of this service. We will arrange for a driver to wait for you at the airport, payment upon arrival. Q: Is there any kitchen in the room? A: Yes, there's a private kitchen in the room. Electric stove, fridge, cooking utensils, plates, and cutleries. Q: Is the pool private? A: The swimming pool and garden are our shared facilities here. Q: How many rooms share the pool? A: We have 11 rooms here, everyone is invited to enjoy the pool :) Q: Can I check-in earlier? A: Kindly be informed that our check-in time starts from 2 PM, and our check-out time is before 12 noon. Early check-in and/or late check-out are subject to availability. However, feel free to come earlier in the morning if you'd like to drop off your luggage.
