Vacation home with garden – just a few meters to the dike: Ringwall 43 in Cuxhaven-Duhnen In the middle of a quiet holiday estate, only about 100 m from the dike and about 600 m from the sandy beach, lies the lovingly modernized holiday home Ringwall 43 in The space Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The detached house is located in a low-traffic cul-de-sac – ideal for families with children or a relaxing holiday with a dog. On about 70 m² of living space, the house can accommodate up to four people. The comprehensive renovation in 2019 is noticeable in every room: underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, modern insulation, new furniture and fast Wi-Fi access ensure high comfort in all seasons. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living area with a corner sofa, large LED TV (127 cm), DVD player and stereo system. Entertainment is provided: a display case is filled with children's books, games, Duplo bricks and wooden building blocks. The adjoining dining area can comfortably accommodate four people and a high chair. The new kitchen is fully equipped – including a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven and everything you need for self-catering. The modern bathroom offers a large shower with shower cubicle, toilet and a private washing machine. A practical storage room under the stairs offers storage space for drinks or purchases. Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second with a practical bunk bed (bottom 140 x 200 cm, top 90 x 200 cm). Two folding bed rails and a children's travel cot are available for small guests. From the children's room you can even – with a bit of luck – spot the North Sea and passing cruise ships. An additional guest toilet on the floor was also modernized in 2019. All bedrooms and the bathroom have insect screens, and the windows (including skylights) can be completely darkened with shutters – ideal for a good night's sleep. The lovingly landscaped garden is completely fenced (about 1.25 m high) and secured with a lockable garden gate – perfect for children and dogs. A furnished terrace, a sandbox with sand toys, lawn, a grill and a lockable garden shed for bicycles make the outdoor area particularly attractive. A parking space is only about 15 m from the house. And best of all, dogs are welcome at the Ringwall 43 vacation home.
