It is equipped with a fitted wardrobe (built-in). THE ROOM THAT IS OFFERED FOR RENT IS NUMBER FIVE (5) (about 13 m²). It is equipped with a fitted closet (built-in) with a wardrobe side, a desk (140 x 80), a sofa bed (190 x 140), two folding chairs, a wooden chair and its own utensil kit (a pillow, a large duvet the size of the sofa bed, a mattress topper, a mattress cover, 2 dinner plates, 2 soup plates, 2 dessert plates, 2 bowls, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 tablespoons, 2 dessert spoons, 2 glasses), On request (extra charge): 1 to 2 bath towels and 1 to 2 bath sheets) COMMON AREAS -------------------------------------- They are used by all occupants of the private rooms indicated above. They consist of a kitchen with equipment (but without a dishwasher) and 2 bathrooms with a toilet as well as a corridor. The kitchen is equipped with storage cupboards, washing machine, dryer (on the balcony), refrigerator, freezer, stove, mobile oven, microwave and all essential utensils. The kitchen may only be used by occupants who agree to sign and abide by the charter of "rules for a better life together". III - COMPUTER TV ----------------------------------------------------- This accommodation is usually rented for 9 months to students in "Concept Cité Universitaire". As these students do not wish to be liable for the TV tax that is called on the "housing tax" tax notice, they prefer to watch TV from their computer. That's why the apartment doesn't have a TV. However, bedroom 1 (which can be used as a living room) and the kitchen are equipped with a TV antenna socket.
