The apartment has a good standard, the house in neoclassical style, is located 6 km from the city center, approx. 17 min. by tram and 6 min. to Lian (end station) in the urban area with great views, near hiking terrain, trails in summer and ski slopes in winter. Approx. 5 min. walk to Dalgård sports facility and 3.5 km from Granåsen, World Cup arena Nordic branches. Quiet neighborhood with villa buildings. 200 m to the nearest grocery store. Gym 1.5 km, nearest restaurant 1 km and there are several fast food restaurants nearby. The space The apartment is located on the lower floor of the house and has two bedrooms with double beds, plus a room with a double sofa bed. There is a private large bathroom with washing machine, two separate toilets and a small kitchenette with two double plates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and waffle iron. (+filter coffee, tea, salt and pepper). Iron with ironing board is also available. In addition to the bedrooms, guests have access to a basement room, decorated as a bar with piano and two leather sofas (2+3). In the basement there are chess and other games available. The rental part functions as an independent apartment. If you rent as an individual, you will have a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchenette and basement living room for yourself. There is a private entrance from the garden side. If necessary, car transport can be offered, e.g. pick-up/drop-off - airport and train station (about half the taxi fare) and also guiding in Trondheim city (NOK 150 per hour + transport). Guest access Pleasant basement room furnished with bar, 55" cable TV, stereo, piano and lounge. Various games, chess, monopoly, genius, yatzy, cards, etc. are also available. Other things to note All bedrooms are ready when you arrive. If desired, private guiding in Trondheim and surroundings can be offered for a fee, NOK 150 per hour + transport costs. Since we live in the same house, it is nice if you can tell us the approximate time when you arrive. Animals are allowed but must be asked about first.
