the apartment is very nice ,cozy, 14 sq.m. comfortable with all amenities. new renovation .perfect cleanliness both in the apartment and in the yard. very cool in summer, warm in winter. in the yard there are palm trees and various exotic plants. the street is quiet .the district is historically called Sololaki in the center of the old city. there is no theft. The space the apartment has a fridge, iron, hairdryer, TV with Russian channels, a set of dishes (glasses, plates, sugar, coffee, tea, other tableware, electric kettle). There is a washing machine. Perfect cleanliness and coziness for relaxation.
