Equipped with an equipped kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds (perfectly joinable on request) and a double sofa bed in the hall, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Air conditioning, unlimited wifi, lift, a perfect base to discover the beautiful city of Bologna! The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment will be equipped with high hotel standard towels and linens and single-dose bath products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with capsules) Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. Other things to note Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request. Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
