ORBI CITY (block A) is located close to beach (first line), fountain, House of Justice, waterpark, Carrefour market, Batumi Mall and restaurants. MY DELUXE APARTMENT 34TH floor have a great seaview, kitchen+ place and equipment (except for cooking soups and fried foods), microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, individual Wi-Fi, safetybox, black-out curtains, folding chairs & table on the balcony, clothes dryer. Standart apartments not have this all. The space ORBI CITY (block A) is in close proximity to the beach (first row), the singing fountain, the Public Service Hall, the water park, Carrefour supermarket, Batumi Mall and many restaurants. My DELUXE apartment is on the 34th floor, has a magnificent view to the sea and singing fountains and is equipped with an enlarged kitchen space, cutlery and utensils (except for cooking soups and fried dishes), microwave, washer, fridge, individual wi-fi router, safe, lightproof curtains, bedside tables, folding chairs and a table on balcony, laundry dryer. Standard ORBI CITY apartments do not have all this. Other things to note Key Card Loss Fee – 5 USD Cleaning fee by your order - 25 GEL Fee for change set of linen and towels - 15 GEL 
Fee for broken dishes, cups, glasses - 5 GEL/piece Guests buy tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, toilet paper, trash bags, necessary detergents and accessories, washing powder, personal hygiene products on their own.
