This large, comfortable bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a pool on the property that's usable day and night. Only 8 mins. to Univ. of Ghana and 15 minutes to airport. Trendy Lagos Avenue restaurants & night life are a short walk away. During the daytime, our kitchen is staffed by a cook who can prepare delicious meals (additional fee.) Speedy WiFi. Parking available. For longer stays an attendant can machine wash & dry your clothes for a $5 fee per load. The space Did you want to teach a class or host a meeting or run your local company from the site during your stay? There is a meeting room / training room that is available at an additional fee . The room can be arranged lecture style (audience seating for 24 ) or with work tables . The space includes an optional podium, white boards, mics and speakers. The space can be arranged as an office workspace during your visit for use by your local team. If you'd like it as a performing space, there is also a piano in the space, accommodating seated audience of 24 chairs and more with some adjustments. Meeting/Training Room Fee Schedule: Hourly: $20. Half-day (4hr): $60. Daily (9hr): $100. Multiple Days: 10% discount. Weekly discount: 20% (On-site Catering Available) During your stay I work a lot and travel for the job, so I'm pretty hands off. If you need assistance, there is always someone around who can tend to you during the daytime, and a security guard available at the front gate in the evenings.
