Tastefully furnished apartment in a quiet yet central location with three balconies. The space Welcome to the cozy Bodefall apartment. Up to 6 people can relax wonderfully on the tastefully furnished 72 m². The apartment welcomes you in the living/dining area. In this you will find the spacious and modern sofas on which you can make yourself comfortable with a good book or a glass of wine. Adjacent to this you can reach two balconies, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over Braunlage. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people and you can enjoy your own prepared dishes. The kitchen is right next to the living/dining area and is well equipped. Via the stairs in the living/dining room, you can reach the gallery, from which you can reach two separate bedrooms and a third balcony. In one of the two bedrooms there is a double bed, in the other a sofa bed that can be comfortably converted into a bed and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is adjacent to the living/dining area and is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. In all of them, you can sleep wonderfully to start the next day of your vacation in a good mood. The bathroom is newly renovated. In the spacious shower you can relax after a long hike. The washing machine can be used in the shared utility room. Bicycles and skis can be parked in the common basement room. A public parking is located approx. 50 meters from the building. Other things to note An initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing tabs or dish soap is included. Other consumables can be purchased directly on site at the supermarket or brought along. The key handover takes place on the day of arrival between 4 PM and 6 PM in our office "Am Amtsweg 1a, 38700 Braunlage." For arrivals after 6 PM, a key safe can be used at the office.
