If you are looking for relaxation, our farm is the perfect place for you. Surrounded by a lake, mountains and meadows, you will find the ideal place to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. That's why we've set out to create your very own personal oasis of well-being. The wellness area is subject to a fee: Sauna 60 CHF, hot tub 120 CHF. We ask that our guests inform us 24 hours in advance. Guests from outside the country pay a deposit of CHF 500.00. The space House rules Key

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. Careful use 
The renter undertakes to use the rented property with care, to comply with the house rules and to treat the residents and furnishings with respect. In the event of damage, the landlord must be informed immediately. The rental property may only be occupied by the maximum number of persons listed in the contract. Subleasing is not allowed. Return of the vacation home 
The apartment is to be returned on time and in good condition, including any inventory. The renter is liable for damages and missing inventory. Bedding 
The bed linens are put on by the landlord. All beds are to be stripped by the tenant upon departure. Terry towels / kitchen towels 
Are provided by the landlord. Inventory 
Every item has its place. Apartment furnishings may not be taken outside. Damaged items must be reported to the landlord and will be charged. Kitchen 
The cleaning / rinsing agents provided may be used to clean the stove top. Dishes and pans must be cleaned when leaving the apartment. Garbage 
The garbage must be packed in the garbage bags. There is a garbage container in the yard. PET bottles, glass bottles and cardboard must be disposed of in the designated boxes on the terrace. Final cleaning 
The apartment is to be left in a tidy condition upon departure. Do not leave food in the cabinets or refrigerator.
