Dear future guest, Please take a read to this brief description in order to make sure this property is a perfect match for you. 🙏🏻 Location. 📍 It is located between the main train station Termini and the Colosseum (both within walking distance), giving seamless connections to the airport, the most of the local public transit such as metro, bus and trams and the whole national rail system. 🚍 🚇 🚆 🛬 The space The apartment. 🏠 The apartment is a pretty spacious 70sqm (750sqft) two-bedroom - one living room - kitchen and bathroom unit - equipped with two big beds (king and queen sized) and a little single occupancy mattress topper over the couch. Despite the apartment has three beds the numbers of beds arranged is according to the people in the booking. ⚠️ 2 people reservation will only get the one king sized bed arranged. 🛏️ 2️⃣ The sofa sleeper will be made only on reservations for 5 people. 🛋️ 5️⃣ If you wish to have the second bed arranged while having two people on the booking (or having the sofa sleeper set up being less of 5 people) you can by requesting it in advance and paying an extra fee of 10€/night to cover for the extra bedding. 🤏🏻 Temperature inside the apartment. ☀️❄️ The apartment is now fully air-conditioned in both bedrooms and the living room. The whole system is pre-fixed at a set temperature of 23°c (73°F). 🌡️ The Air Conditioning will be only available during the summer months of June/July/August/September. ☀️ The air conditioning has to be turned off every time the guests are outside of the apartment and any misuse can be monitored remotely. Winter heating is provided through a gas heaters system. 🔥 The temperature is set according to local regulations at 20°C (68°F) from 06:00 till 11:00 and 17:00 till midnight and 19°C (66°F) for the remaining times.
