This very spacious apartment a short walk away from the Colosseum is what you need to spoil yourself with privacy, comfort and a little bit of charm. The closeness to the main train station offers great connectivity with the whole city, seamless transfers to both the airports and access to the national railway system. The space The apartment with its 70sqm (750 square feet) is very generous in space. It is equipped with two big bedrooms one having a king sized bed and the other a slightly smaller queen sized bed, a walk in kitchen, a big living room where a sofa can be used as a third bed when booked. It is located on a convenient first floor but it also had an elevator to reach. The furnishing is composed of authentic handicrafted pieces collected from all over the world giving you a different atmosphere than most of other more bland apartments. Guest access The apartment is provided as a whole, you will not share any space with anyone else. Please consider that the number of bedrooms/beds arranged follows the number of people in the booking. - Reservations for 1 or 2 people will have one bedroom arranged and one bed set up. - Reservations for 3 or 4 people will have both bedrooms arranged and two beds set up. - Reservations for 5 people will have all the 2 beds and the sofa-bed arranged. If you require more beds than the ones provided for a little more comfort it can be arranged at an extra cost of 10€/night to cover for the extra laundry cost. Baby-cot, extra blankets, extra-beds or any other special requests are to be asked in advance before checking-in, any request done after that time may not be granted in short time or free of charge. Other things to note The apartment is now fully air-conditioned in both bedrooms and living room. The whole system is pre-fixed at a set temperature of 23°c or 73°F. The Air Conditioning will be available only during summer months of June/July/August/September. As for heating it is provided through a gas heaters system. The temperature is set according to local regulations and will be of 20°C or 68°F. It is a pretty comfortable temperature but it will require you to wear a light jumper or pajama in the apartment, also flip flops are suggested as the tile made floor may result a little cold for bare-walking.
