Located in the popular suburb of Fendalton, down a private driveway, this house offers security, serenity and a lovely garden setting. There is 1 queensize bedroom with ensuite which opens on to a deck. Laundry facilities are available.A heatpump is located in the lounge/dining area as well as panel heaters in the bedrooms. The lounge/dining area is a shared space. Guest access Guest access is through the main front door. During your stay I will be around during your stay .
