A cordial welcome to our future guests. The space Our spacious 250m2 flat is located on the second floor of a typical Viennese building in the 7th district, erected around 1890. The room itself is about 17m2 of size, facing the courtyard and therefore it is very quiet. The usage of our kitchen is included, coffee and tea is for free. We also have a reserved space in our refrigerator for your groceries. You can have breakfast and cold snacks in the kitchen, the cooking of hot meals is not allowed! We provide beddings and towels. Obviously we have free WiFi connection. The use of the bicycles is at your own risk. To enter our private rooms is not allowed. Guest access A separated bathroom is exclusively available for our guests! During your stay We are happy to provide our guests with tipps concerning sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Other things to note Citytax Vienna: The local tax is 1,50€/night. Unfortunately the airbnb system is not able to charge this, so you have to pay it in cash here.
