This Superior Studio Apartment is in an old, authentic town house in Santa Croce street, one of the most picturesque streets in Rovinj, and is a stylish newly-renovated studio apartment. Ideal for couples on romantic gateways or solo explorers. Our brand new and comfortable studio apartment is equipped with luxurious features and a kitchenette. Parts of the 16th century fortified city walls are visible throughout the house. The nearby original St. Croce Gate is part of the same stone walls. The space Our studio very comfortably fits 2 persons. It's brand new, we finished it in June 2019 with a lot of love, so this season we will be welcoming our first guests! It is equipped with a kitchenet, fridge, electric cooker and a kettle, toaster, microwave. It is modern but intimate and stylish. We left exposed part of the 16th-century stone walls and paid special attention to lighting in all the rooms to create a welcoming and romantic atmosphere. The bed is Queen sized (160cm x 200cm). The modern bathroom includes floor heating. The house itself is 2 steps away from the sea and some of the best bars and galleries in Rovinj. Guest access A property manager will be on hand to great guests upon arrival and provide a Card Key. This apartment is located in the Old Town of Rovinj which is strictly a pedestrian zone, and guests must be prepared to manage their own luggage. Parking can be challenging in high season but there is a new parking area, Valdibora adjacent to the entrance to the Old Town. Other things to note The apartments are designed exclusively for renting and to cater to the needs of the modern traveler. All of the apartments have a key card system for easy check in and maximum security.
