A cosy self-contained Annex with open plan living area, log burner and character wood floor and stone walls. A spiral staircase leads up to a very comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and enjoys patio doors leading onto a small private garden with patio table and chairs. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of The Parlour property, including the patio and garden area outside. The right hand side of the drive is also for guests use. Other things to note Please check out promptly at 11am as we often have a quick turnaround. There is a small enclosed garden and a well behaved dog is welcome and included in the pricing. If you wish to bring a further dog/dogs ( up to three maximum only) there will be an extra charge of £10 per extra dog per night to help with the extra cleaning required. This can be paid on arrival. Please do clear up if they leave a gift in our garden. Thank you.
