Formerly to paint, the Impressionists had chosen the beautiful district of Montmartre (2 steps away) & its exceptional brightness. Art, warm & clear colors, sun, & open spaces lover... I propose this apartment that I wanted in my image: welcoming, comfortable & practical, & I wish you'll enjoy it. It will also offer you a rare calm in the city center, & a direct proximity with all the main sights of Paris. The space Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, in the highly sought after of Saint-Georges city of the 9th district of Paris, a stone's throw from all shops, public transport, restaurants and bars, at the feet of many places of culture including the Theater Saint-Georges, but especially the mythical Casino de Paris, in the back of a beautiful condo properly whel held, this apartment has been completely renovated few months ago, and has all the facilities and amenities necessary for a pleasant holiday or professional stay. Ideal for a couple, a single person or a parent with 1 child, you will feel at home and have free access to the large and bright living room with sofa and dining area; the modern kitchen open to the living room; the bedroom with it sofa-bed very comfortable of 2 places, and a beautiful ancian desk in the Louis XVI type. A brand new Italian shower and full of brightness too, will reinforce your regrets of not being able to spend more time at home as you will spend outside to discover Paris. Guest access The apartment will be entirely at your disposal, with the exception of a few rooms and or furniture and equipment that will be well indicated. Other things to note 1- Information about check in: ----------------- In order to offer you the best possible welcoming and avoid any mishaps related to key boxes and other solutions (which are for us far from the "spirit of host"), we have chosen to welcome you in person on site, what ever the time of your arrival on the d-day is. However, check-in time is from 1:30PM to 8PM. Beyond this hour, we ask for a tip of 20€ per hour of waiting (including if it's only 20 minutes for example.) But of course, if you have to arrive in Paris earlier than 1.30pm, the check in can be at any time (from 8am) without any charge, if the apartment was not occupied by other guests until the day before your arrival. If it was, you can arrive at 12.00 (when the people before you leave), to drop your suitcases, collect your keys, and come back later when the apartment will be ready. 2- Non-smoking accommodation ------------- Except pn the indicated windaws or outside and always using an ashtray 3- No pets allowed ----------- to keep the standing of this apartment. However, if you realy wish to stay with yours, thank you to let us know before booking, in order to agree together possible conditions. 4- It is imperative to always close all windows & door(s) with keys when you go out. -------------- If you just slam the door, in the event of a violation, you will not be reimbursed by the insurance and will have to pay everything yourself. 5- Prohibition to draw suitcases in the entrance hall before 9 am or beyond 7PM: -------- They must be carried. Absolutely no noise / nuisance in particular, is accepted before 9 a.m., and after 8 p.m. in winter and 9:30 p.m. in summer, neither outdoors nor indoors, except with the agreement of your host, in case of exceptional events such as a birthday or the end parties year- for example. In this case, we will need to know well in advance what you want to organize, so that we can notify the neighbours. In short, calm and discretion are de rigueur please!! Failure to do so could result in your rental breaking down. 6- Say "Hello" or "Good evening" -------------- to neighbors or anyone else you meet in the condominium please. 7- If you would like to rent the apartment to organise an event, ------------- please contact us before bookings! 8- Please do the select & sort the trash / garbage before discarding it! --------------- We are very concerned about environmental issues in general in Paris. As a result, road services no longer routinely pick up garbage cans in the city when sorting is not done, and landlords can be punish. 9- As you do at home before going out, ---------- please turn off all the lights here too, and turn off all non-essential electrical/electronic equipment and appliances that would be on, such as television, music, air conditioning, radiators… 10- Also, remember that the principle of renting from an individual is precisely the acceptance of the spirit of sharing on both sides. So we provide you with the extra necessities to start your stay (small grocery store for the kitchen; toilet paper; paper towels; cleaning products; shower products etc.) However, if these products were to finish during your stay, it is up to you to buy them back in order to finish your stay, even if you have to take away what you bought if you wish. But under no circumstances should you demand that these products be replaced as in the hotel. 11- If you notice any serious deficiencies regarding the household and or any other thing, please speak directly with us, and we'll not fail to offer you (at no cost), the best solution possible. We obviously make every effort to ensure that this kind of misadventure never happens, but you certainly understand that there can be small oversights/failures from time to time. So let's go ahead with the amicable way and the dialogue to settle these kinds of details, and don't hesitate to tell us: that's also what helps us to improve. On the other hand, when you leave, if our team needs more than 6 hours to clean the apartment because you have not taken any care, an additional household tax may be kept on your security deposit (from 20 to 60 euros mximum, according to the extra work.) 12- Finally, if something was wrong in the apartment, or if something was damaged during your stay, don't wait until the end of it to tell us. Let us know quickly so that we can repair and allow you to finish your stay in good conditions, but also so that the next tenants can enjoy the same comfort as you. Registration Details 7510903835494
