Nestled in a gated enclave, our apartments are modern & chic, with full kitchen facilities and modern bathroom fittings. City center is 15 mins away by taxi. Malls, eateries, cafes and shops are within walking distance. We have a gym, sauna and 24h security on duty The space Designed to provide a restful sanctuary, rooms are well lighted, with a Japanese modern feel. All rooms have windows or balconies to allow natural light and ventilation. We provide fully equipped kitchen and dining ware. Bathrooms are equipped with Hans-Grohe fittings. The apartments are nestled in a green, secured and gated compound, but are still near eateries, cafes and shops. Guest access Tan Binh is a large residential area with a variety of good restaurants, boutiques and malls including Big C and Parkson CT Plaza. Saigon city center is 15 minutes away and USD4 by taxi. Uber and Grab are also widely used by residents to travel around town. Other things to note Please read through our house manual and respect our space as your home: – No shoes inside the room. Indoor slippers are provided & please don’t wear them outside. – Help us save the energy. Turn off the air conditioners and lights, unplug electricity appliances when not in use. – Keep the noise level down after 10PM. – Wash dishes, cups after using, and keep the kitchen, living room, restroom tidy and clean. – Please no durian in the room. Its smell lasts long and may affect other guests. – Smoke or vape at the ground floor. If there are smoking smell during your stay, you’ll be asked to leave immediately. – Don’t put trash containing liquid inside to the trash bins, pour the liquid out in the toilet before you do so. – We don’t accept unregistered guests, please inform us before you invite anyone to your room. We have the right to refuse unregistered guests. – If you accidentally break or damage something, please inform us. – In case not sure about anything, please ask. – We don’t allow hookers in the studio. The security guard will inform me asap if you do – We don’t allow extra guests staying overnight unless you notice me in advance and extra charge is applied. - PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE LAUDRY FOR SHORT TERM GUEST. WE CHARGE 5$/ set of cloth if WE CLEAN FOR YOU AND 5$/ time if you do it by yourself
