The space Located on the second floor, with the best view in the enire villa, the apartment is basically 70м2 flat with two separate bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all needed appliances for cosy stay. The apartment is an excellent choice for families, couples, adventurers, or anyone who cherishes himself. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, and has access to the furnished balcony on front with sunbed, where the view on the Bay of Kotor and the beautiful garden spreads. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony on the back with a view on the forest, mountains and murals. The villa is located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood with free parking spaces for guests. Beaches, including Markov rt, the biggest sand beach in Kotor Bay (1km), are 20 meters or 2 minutes away from the apartment. Whole apartment is air-conditioned with 3 AC units (living room and bedrooms), and covered with high speed internet.
