The apartment block is located a short walk from the Disctrict 6 Museum and the landmark Castle of Good Hope, a short cab-ride from Cape Town's V&A Waterfront and 20 minutes drive from Cape Town International Airport - an ideal location for getting around the Mother City! The space A cosy, fully furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, plus an open plan kitchenette and lounge. The couch in the lounge doubles as a sleeper couch which can sleep an adult or two small children. The wrap-around corner balcony overlooks the city bowl and has phenomenal views of the majestic Table Mountain. This corner apartment was chosen for its amazing views of Table Mountain and the city bowl. It also has the benefit of being quiet with no foot traffic passing the door in the hallway. The lounge is fitted with HD TV with DSTV Access, Showmax and Netflix. You can login to your own DSTV account on the TV app too if you would like to stream your own premium channels. The apartment has high-speed unlimited fiber Wi-Fi throughout. This is one of the few apartments with a washer & dryer machine, in addition to the building's coin operated (5 x R5) laundromat washers and dryers. Guests will be supplied with enough basic amenities to last a few days and after that additional amenities can be purchased as needed at the local supermarkets. The apartment is ideally suited to a couple or two individual travelers who a looking for a quiet home away from home. The building has very strict noise abatement rules and no socializing is permitted ie no hosting of guests or party's, no loud music etc. Only guests listed on the reservation and registered with security will have access to the building. These rules are beyond our control and are set by the owner's and permanent tenants in the building, in order to maintain the security and privacy of their homes. This is a building management regulation that is strictly enforced and beyond our control. Hence this is NOT a suitable location for socializing or entertaining. Other things to note Cape Town, like any other major city requires vigilance and common sense when it comes to security. Approach it as you would Central Park, NYC. Always use recognized cabs and registered services such as Uber to get around safely. Do not have valuables on display, such as cameras and cellphones. Avoid walking alone or at night. Use the laptop safe in the apartment to secure your valuables.
