Very accessible and walking distance to major establishments in the city like Ateneo de Cagayan, Divisoria, Ayala Mall, Cogon public market and provincial hospital. The unit is facing the mountain side and overlooking the pool (under construction). Other things to note We guarantee a well-cleaned and sanitized unit. Like any other condo units, daily housekeeping is excluded. However, there are cleaning materials provided if necessary. Room rate excludes parking space within the building. Consult the host or the Condo Receptionist if you need to avail pay parking. Street parking near the building is available on a first come basis.
