Prime ski in ski out location. Walk out the back door of the complex and down the stairs and you’re on the Right-O-Way ski run. In the summer the mountain is your backyard! Walk out your back door for mountain biking and hiking and down to Gondola Square for restaurants and events on the mountain. The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a Tempur-pedic brand king mattress, a large closet, a TV and an en suite bathroom. The cozy second bedroom is small but fits two twin beds. It also has a wall mounted TV. For the second bedroom, the hall closet provides additional space for clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room pulls out for extra sleeping space and includes a Tempur-pedic mattress topper. All appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel. The counters are black tile and the cabinets are painted gray. The cabinetry is original to the condo. Full kitchen amenities provided. The dining room table seats 6 and there are 3 additional chairs at the bar. Pack and play available upon request. The pack and play will only fit in the master bedroom. The second bedroom does not accommodate the one we provide. The walking space between the couch, table and chairs and barstools is somewhat more narrow than what the pictures may indicate. A hot tub and fire pit are on the property and overlook the Right-O-Way ski run. Guests of this unit have access to a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts (summer only), and an additional hot tub at the Storm Meadows clubhouse. Please note that these facilities are not located directly on the property. In the summer the clubhouse is a short 5 minute walk up the hill from the condo. In the winter, we recommend driving. Please note: Immediately following the last day of ski season until right before Memorial Day, and from the end of summer until the beginning of ski season, the hot tub and clubhouse amenities are traditionally closed for maintenance. During this time, the weather is great for visiting the Strawberry Park or Old Town Hot Springs. For specific dates and details about closures please inquire directly. Eva is available by phone at all times. If issues arise we have personnel in Steamboat that can assist if needed. Any maintenance issues are handled immediately. Check the calendar for events and activities in Gondola Square which is a short walk from the condo via the Right-O-Way ski trail. Lyft and Uber are typically available. Coin operated washers and dryers are available in the building for guest use. The cost is $1.50 in quarters to wash and $1.50 to dry. There is a change machine next to the appliances that will accept $1 and $5 bills. Guests have access to a personal ski locker which is located about ten steps from the condo in a heated hallway.
