If you do decide to use the Tesla charger, we just ask you keep a rough calculation of how many miles you charged. We pay $0.35 per kWh and would like to settle up at the end of the trip. Other things to note Fortunately, Lake Tahoe can get a lot of snow in the winter. This is amazing for skiing and snowboarding, but it is in your best interest to have a plan in the event of a storm. The county plows all of the roads, including neighborhood roads when it snows, but they only come around a few times a day. We also pay to have our driveway cleared after 4" of snow accumulation. There is a Weber grill on the deck. Cameron and I are not always able to go up and refill the propane tank. If you open the door, you will see the tank hanging on a propane scale which indicates how full it is. If it is in fact empty, and you're so inclined, you can remove it and get it filled in Tahoe City at Swigard's hardware. We would be happy to pay you the cost of refilling. We make our best efforts to fill it every time we come around! We are a strict no smoking and pets household. Any violations of either will be charged $200/day.
