Craftsman Bungalow 2 Bdrm Downtown

Cozy Craftsman style 2 bedroom bungalow in the heart of London, Ontario, CANADA. Only 2 blocks from the river with all the walking and biking trails. Convention Centre and Victoria Park only a short walk away. Owner lives on premises in basement apartment. Back door and utility room is shared. I also share my home with a very friendly cat (Max). House would not be suitable for toddlers but older children welcome. There is also a very nice backyard with a bbq and firepit. The space The private bathroom has new custom cabinets and a lovely deep claw foot tub with shower. The living room has large gas fireplace and a smart TV. I don't have cable but I do have Netflix and unlimited internet. Guest access Sole use of living, dining, kitchen, bath and 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Space also has a covered front porch for enjoying your morning coffee and watching the world go by. I do use the back door to access the basement but the back hall can be curtained off to ensure your privacy if required. Other things to note As I do not use contract cleaners, I ensure all sheets, blankets, pillow cases, etc., (including mattress covers) are freshly laundered before each guests arrival. I dust and wash all floors and of course the bathroom and kitchen are cleaned from top to bottom between each guest. I also disinfect all door handles, taps and remote controls between each guest.
