The apartment occupies the entire top floor of a stone buiding with medieval foundations. Walk-up, third storey. Large bedroom/living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and generous outdoor terrace with views of the Minceta Tower. Amenities include: wi-fi, air-conditioning, washing machine, high ceilings, wooden floors.   Windows face south and west. Located in a quiet, residential corner tucked above the Sigurata Church. Fully furnished, linens and dishes provided. Sleeps 2+ (one queen bed, one sturdy couch can be turned into a queen bed to provide sleeping for 2 extra people). Renovated bathroom with all-new tiles, shower, sink and toilet. Discounts for week and month-long stays. Great off-season holidays to spend in Dubrovnik include New Year's Eve, the Feast of St. Blaise (February 3, 2015), Carnivale and Easter! Guest access Entire private apartment with private terrace. Other things to note Please be advised: lots and lots of stairs in Dubrovnik! The city is all up and down. Our apartment is located on the third floor of a walk-up building. Keep the boiler switched "on" to ensure you always have hot water in the shower. Towels are provided. This apartment is fine for infants not yet crawling/walking, but unsafe for toddlers or small children. There is no parking associated with the apartment (it is located within the old city walls where no cars allowed - this is life inside a medieval city!) The cost of parking a car in one of public lots or garages nearby is not cheap, depending on when you visit Dubrovnik (prices vary by "season"). The new public garage seems to offer the best weekly and monthly prices. We are rarely able to hold on to luggage for guests after the check-out time of 10:00 AM. There are places around Old Town Dubrovnik where you can leave luggage for a small fee: on the Stradun (20 kn for 1 piece of luggage per hour), at PILE GATE (10 for 1 piece of luggage per hour), or by the Cable Car (5 kn for 1 piece of luggage per hour).
