BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms in the villa – 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All bedrooms have ACs. - 3 bedrooms have an attached balcony. - All rooms have attached bathrooms. - 3 rooms have king-size beds, while 1 room offer double-bed. The villa also has a sofa bed that can be used to sleep. BATHROOMS - There are 5 private attached bathrooms in the villa. - There’s also 1 shared bathroom in the villa on the ground floor. - The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. - All bathrooms have electric geysers, towels and toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room has a flat-screen TV, portable music system, AC and WiFi accessibility and a balcony.  - It has seating arrangements for up to 6-7 people. - The villa has a private pool for guests to use. - There’s a private lawn where guests can unwind. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and bottled water. - Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges. - Guests can choose to order from the nearby restaurants.  - Crockery is available for 12-14 people. Guest access - The guests have access to the entire villa, as well as the pool and lawns. Other things to note With us so far? You might be keen to know more about... FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. - A chef can be arranged at additional charge, subject to availability.  - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants such as Sua Casa Family - Restaurant and Bar (82 m) and others. - Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you. STAFF ACCOMMODATION There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private pool, games such as Monopoly, carrom, and music. One can also head out to experience all that Goa has to offer as the villa is very conveniently located. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are CCTV cameras in the indoor and outdoor area for security purposes. - The pool depth goes up to 5 ft. Caution is advised, especially if children are staying at the villa. -The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/VI work fairly well here. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Taxi services can be availed at the villa. The cost depends upon the distance travelled.
