Villa Dima is located in Palio, just 6 km away from the city of Kavala. It is designed to welcome up to 7 guests. The house is situated only 200m from the nearest beach. Villa Dima is a renovated and fully furnished 70m2 maisonette. 1st floor: a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. 2nd floor: two cozy bedrooms and a toilet with shower. AMA: 800018 The space Villa Dima is located in Palio, a seaside village just 6 km away from the city of Kavala. It is designed to welcome couples and families who want to enjoy the tranquil setting. It is suitable to accomodate up to 6 persons. If you need we can provide a wooden crib and a baby high chair. Villa Dima is a maisonette. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment (dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, coffee machine, toaster, big refrigerator, electric stove) and a living room with 2 sofa bed and a 32’ plasma tv. There are also two balconies where the guests can relax and enjoy the view to the sea or the garden. On the first floor there are two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen-size double bed and the other one with a semi-double bed and a single bed, and a toilet with shower. The house is renovated (July 2019) and fully furnished. There are brand new A/C in each bedroom and in the living room and also mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Fresh linens and towels are always available. There is a washing machine in a room outside the house for the exclusive use of Villa Dima's guests. Guest access The owners, Dimitra and Manolis live in the next door villa. In the property there are trees, vineyards and vegetables. Visitors can use a barbeque with all the necessities.
