Its location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, it has a bus stop right in front of it that allows you to get to the whole city easily. The apartment is very bright and quiet thanks to the double glazing and central air conditioning. The space The apartment has a living room with an integrated kitchen. The living room has a 3-seater sofa that becomes a bed so that two people can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, kettle, toaster and all the necessary dishes for 4 people. The bathroom is separate from the living room and bedroom, in the central hallway of the apartment, and has a shower, toilet, mirror and hairdryer. The bedroom has a built-in closet, a double bed and a mirror for makeup. The apartment has air conditioning. Thanks to its double glazing, no noise is heard at night and as the bedroom is at the back of the apartment, sleeping there at night is a real pleasure. Other things to note In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to register all persons who will be staying in the apartment. It will be requested, only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation without the right to a refund.
