It is a 3bdrm/2 bath home with a queen sofa bed in living area. Trundle bed in 2nd bedroom. All one level. NO PETS allowed The space All wood floors and large entertainment areas. Everything on one level. It is located approximately 5 minutes from Eagle Cove Marina and 10 minutes to Star Point Marina. Secluded home with ample parking for vehicles and boats. Guest access The entire 3 1/2 acres is for rental guests and not shared. Very private get a way! Other things to note This is a no smoking, no pet property. We book for current year only. 2021 bookings will start January 2, 2021.
