The private open-air rooftop patio offers magnificent views and a relaxing space for outdoor entertainment; the perfect viewpoint to enjoy the Art Deco Festival activities held every February. The rooftop can only be accessed from the apartment, so you will have the space all to yourself. Situated in the heart of the CBD you can expect the usual sounds of inner city living. Strictly no smoking or vaping and no pets. Guest access The apartment is on the first floor of the Kidsons Korner building with digital access at street level and lockbox key access for the apartment. The entire apartment and rooftop are yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note We have a dedicated carparking space in the parking lot across the road available to you at no extra charge, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Outside of these hours parking in this lot is free to the public.
