Built and cared for by our own family — down to the olive oil in your welcome pack. The space Villa Carisma is a modern villa designed with families in mind. All three bedrooms are en-suite — two doubles for the adults, and a twin room where kids or teens get proper single beds and their own bathroom. Every bedroom has air conditioning, a safe, and electric blackout blinds for real holiday lie-ins. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and espresso machine. Outside is where Carisma shines. The infinity pool (step entrance, 1.6m at its deepest) spills towards the view, with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower alongside. Around it: an al-fresco dining area, a BBQ, and lovely grass gardens — a rarity in Greek villas, and perfect for kids to run around on. From the terrace, you'll catch glimpses of the sea between the trees, with Mount Ainos, Kefalonia's highest peak, rising in the distance. Guest access The entire villa is exclusively yours — private entrance, private pool, private gardens, no host on site. The villa sits on a large 4,000m² plot shared only with our sister property, Villa Arte, with free gated parking on the grounds.
