The Bentonville Jackson House - Heart of Downtown

The Jackson House, a beautifully restored historic home, offers guests three bedrooms (one king and two queens), two baths, gorgeously decorated living areas with fine art and furnishings, and an extra comfy TV lounge with 70 inch television. Relax on the porches and in the backyard with a reflecting pool and beautiful landscaping. The space You have full run of this beautifully restored 110-year-old treasure in the heart of downtown! So much space to enjoy inside and outside, including a new TV lounge with a 70 inch television for streaming your favorite content from your own accounts. The downstairs bedroom features an amazing gothic headboard and king bed (with adjustable base) and is adjacent to a newly modernized bathroom (Summer 2024!) with walk-in shower. The two bedrooms on the second floor are connected by double doors. The bedrooms also have separate doors to the upstairs bathroom which features a beautiful antique tub (NOTE: no shower upstairs.) If you have work to do, there are numerous work areas available, both at desks in two of the bedrooms and at tables and counters in several other rooms in the house. Enjoy the backyard and the porch with comfortable furnishings, and gaze at the reflecting pool with fountains. Let this be your private oasis while only being a few minutes walk from all the great Bentonville attractions. Dedicated driveway parking for your vehicles and bike storage available. Park here and walk/bike to everything! Please note that your booking is STRICTLY FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6 overnight guests. Any additional visitors to the house must be approved in advance. We kindly request that you inform us beforehand if you plan to have any guests other than those included in your reservation. Furthermore, we want to emphasize that The Jackson House does not permit events or parties without a separate contract. Guest access The entire house and yard is available to guests with the exception of one locked closet downstairs and a locked closet upstairs. If you require garage access for bikes, please request in advance. Other things to note Although Bentonville is still a quiet town, we are near the heart of downtown with a growing nighttime entertainment scene. As such, from time to time you will hear music from a nearby venue. The city enforces quiet hours after midnight on the weekends, 11pm on weekdays. The refecting pool in the backyard is for ambiance and is not an actual swimming pool! That being said, we don’t object to guests cooling off their tired mountain biking feet if they wish. Just be mindful of the sharp edges. And absolutely no objects in the pool, as it can damage the filter system. If you have any questions about this, just ask us!
