Private bedroom in a space that shares a living room, dining room, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen & 2 porches The space The Yellow House is located directly on the Aqueduct in downtown historic Irvingon. Minutes walk to the train, shop, restaurants and the river. Bikes & helmets available to ride around town and on the aqueduct. Freshly renovated with a private back porch, fine linens and Aveda products. The Quiet room is located on the 3rd floor on the east side of the house, it's the smallest (& best priced!) room in the house. There's bikes and helmets available in the garage to ride on the aqueduct or for local transportation. Shared washer & dryer in the basement. Added 1/12/23 - freshly renovated full bathroom in laundry room! Feel free to use this after a bike ride, hike, gym or if you’re just looking for another private bathroom. Enjoy! Guest access You will have access to a shared living room, kitchen, dining room, two full bathrooms, sitting room and two balconies. During your stay I'm available on my cell 24/7 and in person most of the time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We also have a housekeeper that is local.
