SEASONAL RENTAL PROPERTY: This is not just an apartment; it is my home. I have designed it with great care, aiming to create a cozy space. This is my house, and due to work commitments, I spend some time outside of Madrid, so I am looking for a tenant who will take care of it as much as I do. During your stay, you will have the entire apartment to yourself (I only have a few personal belongings stored), so I hope you enjoy this space as much as I do. The space Recently renovated, the apartment is very cozy and bright. Care down to the smallest detail. Fully equipped, distributed in a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom where you will find towels, gel and shampoo. It also has free wifi, air conditioning and heating. Located in the heart of Madrid, it is not necessary to use the car or public transport since the location is perfect for walking to the main museums, places of cultural interest, tourist attractions, etc. Perfect for couples, prepared for the greater comfort of our guests. Guest access Although the apartment is on the first floor, the building has an elevator. The entire apartment will be at your disposal during your stay. Everything shown in the photos is exactly how you will find my apartment, and you are welcome to use it all. Please note that this is a seasonal rental and must be used for this purpose, whether for work, medical, or personal reasons, and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
