The beach promenade and the marina with its numerous shops, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance, as is the Italian-style old town of Medulin, which invites you to linger, walk and eat. The sea with its gently sloping beach is ideal for families with small children and connects to the beach promenade. Numerous fun options for young and old in the water and on land leave nothing to be desired. On the upper floor, the apartment enchants with its unique southern flair. Three individually designed bedrooms with attached big bathrooms each lead off a spacious common area with many details to discover. All rooms are equipped with a safe, fast WiFi, large Smart TV with satellite connection, air conditioning and power outlets with extra USB ports on both sides of the beds, which means that there is no need to find the right adapter. For the winter, the bathrooms have underfloor heating and towel heating. An extraordinary bar with original chairs from Las Vegas Caesar's Palace also rounds off the open living and dining area. Here you can play chess just as well as drink one or the other cocktail in the setting sun. The large, open-plan kitchen with pantry is fully equipped.
