Spacious double room within the Cathedral Quarter
Spacious double room within the Cathedral Quarter
Description
This is a large double family room with an ensuite shower room. Yarborough Crescent is a very short walk from Bishop Grosseteste University and a fifteen minute stroll to the Bailgate area where you will find the cathedral, castle and many other historical landmarks, shops, restaurants and places of interest to visit. It is ideal for University graduations, sight-seeing visits, events or business trips alike. Lincoln is a beautiful city with something to offer everyone. The space The room has been extended and renovated during lockdown; it is spacious and recently refurbished with Wi-Fi access and a TV offering access to Virgin Media TV channels. There is an adjoining private ensuite shower room with toiletries and fresh towels. There are also doors out on to the patio and a table and chairs for a relaxing view of the garden. There is a table tennis table on the patio available all year around. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room and we offer a light breakfast such as toast, croissants, yogurt and cereal which can be eaten in the kitchen / dining room. Visitors may also make use of the family lounge and garden patio area for relaxing. The room is suitable for one infant and one older child as there is a travel cot available and also a John Lewis Abigail Junior Bed suitable for one young child - it has a length of 140cm (55 inches) This is always in the room and can be seen in one of the photos. Guest access The drive is large so there is plenty of space to park off the road. It is then an easy walk to the Bailgate area of Lincoln. During your stay Check-in times are very flexible as we can give coded access in advance; simply return the key to the key safe before leaving. The room is downstairs off the main kitchen and has a lock offering privacy; as the room is located at the back of the house it is quiet and peaceful. There is parking available on the property drive and we ask visitors to please park close to the bay window. We are contactable via email or text if we are not at the property. This is our family home so you will see us around and we can therefore answer any questions you might have. Due to an allergy in the family we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dogs of any size. Other things to note The garden is suitable for young children as both gates can be locked securely.
