A modern 28m² studio with a private terrace, strategically situated mid-distance from Lacanau Océan (6 km) and Lacanau Ville (7 km) in a peaceful neighborhood, 200m from the lake shore. Close to Le Moutchic with its restaurants, various activities on the lake and bike rental. Multiple bike roads wander into the forest and connect with the city, the ocean or other small sand beaches around the lake. The space The studio is a standalone building on our property. It has a private terrace with outdoor lighting to relax or enjoy a meal outside. We accommodate 2 persons max. No smoking indoors nor outdoors. You can park your car for free in the street. The kitchen is well stocked and has hot plates, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a dish washer, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, and whatever you may need to prep your meals. The bed is a high quality 140x200 cm mattress, it is opposite a massive closet that combined with the under-bed storage should easily hold all your stuff. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub), WC and a sink. The towels are stored in the cabinet under the sink. Internet via WiFi. No TV set. Other things to note You are to leave by 10 AM on the day of departure.
