Relax and enjoy garden views from this hidden gem in Wells-next-the-Sea. This spacious ground floor, en-suite room with twin beds is located in a character brick and flint barn conversion. It has its own private entrance, shared garden and secure off-road parking. The secluded garden is perfect for experiencing peace and quiet after a day exploring the Norfolk coast. The town and Quay with its range of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The space The room is well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. We offer complementary teas, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge. You're welcome to bring your own cereal or light breakfast. Bowls and cutlery provided. There are two tables and armchairs in the room. Outside there are patio tables and chairs, parasol and garden benches. It's a stunning setting to enjoy the garden and church tower views. There is a Full HD Smart TV with catchup (Netflix available to log into if you have an account) and excellent WiFi. The ensuite is a shower room. The Guest Information book is packed with local info and leaflets on the many activities to do in the surrounding area. Our favourite is a walk to the pinewoods and beach followed by Quayside fish and chips. During your stay Access to the room is via a key safe so you can check in anytime after 3pm. We live nearby and are usually on hand should you have any questions or need anything. Just call or text on the number provided. Sorry we can't accept dogs. The room is not serviced during your stay so you can keep it how you like it!
