Loft in Superior

My place is within the City of Superior and close to Duluth Canal Park. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space The newly built apartment features a queen bed and two twin beds, a fully stocked kitchen with dining table, a large bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small sofa, recliner chair and TV with wii. You are welcome to use anything you find in the kitchen, but please leave the kitchen as clean as you found it. Guest access The entire space is yours. There is a second exit for a fire escape that opens up to a balcony. We ask that you only use this exit in case of a fire or other emergency. Other things to note The unit now includes air conditioning. If you prefer to go without, Lake Superior usually keeps the area anywhere from 5 to 15 degrees cooler than the surrounding countryside. The space is well ventilated with windows. My house is currently under renovation. The space you are renting is located above our garage and is not impacted by the construction, but you will see construction materials around the exterior of the house and the landscaping has not yet begun.
