#Welcome to Kubu Pica Private Villa! Kubu Pica in Balinese means “House of Blessings”. Our traditional villa is especially designed for you to spend your special moments with your family or friends. Located in a private and secluded area in the heart of Ubud, with Balinese traditional neighborhood, which mean there are temples, rice fields, and other Balinese daily activities that will give you a new experience. The space A 400 sqm traditional family villa (called as Joglo; a combination of traditional Javanese and Balinese house) that consists of 3 bedrooms with Super King size bed (200x200 cm) with private bathrooms an air conditioning in each room , 1 shared toilet, kitchen, a spacious living room with a 60” TV and comfortable sofa, a 4 meters dining table (can fit up to 10 person) and 5x11 meters private pool. The kitchen is located near the dining area. It’s completed with the kitchenette, oven, toaster and rice cooker. There is also a 4 doors full-size fridge for the guests to store their own foods and drinks. To complete your stay in our villa, we provide a spacious sunbathing area, yoga area, BBQ area and a perfect space to throw a party with group of friends. -Private parking space up to 6 cars -Additional bed by request -Water heater in every bathrooms -Baby's crib by request -Wireless internet access -Spa and in-house massages upon request -Daily housekeeping - Free a simple breakfast ( served at 7.00 -11.00 am) Guest access Our villa have a private main access from the main road. Guests with car can be dropped off right in front of our main entrance. Other things to note Our villa is located right in the middle of a traditional Balinese settlement, about 4 Km from Ubud center (10-15 minutes drive) surrounded by beautiful traditional Balinese homes, there are temples, rice fields, and daily life of Balinese people. You should notice that you may hear roosters crawling, dogs barking, sounds of gecko and sound of gamelan when there are ceremony at Pura. There are no AC in Living room , 3 hanging fan and all window can be open to fresh air circulation. All bedroom has AC and bathroom inside. We provide a free shuttle to center ubud ( Bank Pembangunan Daerah is the drop point) and from center ubud back to the villa, once a day. Since it's private shuttle, just let us know an hour before to prepare. For second shuttle and more, will be charge. For airport shuttle, we can arrange with additional cost (Not Free) Simple daily breakfast is included , you can choose American or Indonesian breakfast came with fruits, Balinese coffee or tea. Please make a note to our staff a night before. Pets are allowed as you follow the regulations. Here is our pet regulations: 1. Max weight of 10kg and max 2 pets/Booking. 2. Fully trained or at least able to poo/pee on the pad. (pad is not provided) If they poo on the garden, please kindly pick it up. 3. Deposit of USD 350 (IDR 5mil) of cash or bank transfer during check in. (deposit will be used for any property damaged by the pet) 4. If the deposit isn’t enough to pay for the damages, guest agree to pay more based on the invoice. 5. Please watch your pet as we have direct access to the pool and pet are not allowed to get in the pool. 6. Make sure you close the door or gate to avoid your pet running out the villa.
