Duplex 🌈 apartment. Spacious 25 m2 upstairs bedroom with lounge/TV area. 3 Velux with blackout shades. 140 x 190 bed. Synthetic pillows/duvet. 100% cotton bed linen and towels. Fleece blanket. Storage space: shelf and wardrobe with hangers. Iron and ironing board in the dressing room if needed. The space Your upstairs bedroom is spacious, 27 m2 with living room/TV area. I provide you with towels. We will share the bathroom and toilet and you will have access to the kitchen to make coffee or tea but not to cook (unless agreed before booking, so please mention it if necessary). Coffee capsules, tea/herbal tea bags and sugar will be available to you. 2 bakeries within 200 m will allow you to organize your breakfast if you wish. No plan B, so energy sobriety and water scarcity are required, reasonable consumption will be greatly appreciated. Guest access The building's front door is on a pedestrian street. It must always be locked for safety. You need to go up to the 2nd floor. I will give you a set of 2 keys, one for the door that opens onto the street and the second for the front door of the apartment. Please leave your shoes at the bottom of the stairs that go up to your room, for hygiene and noise reasons, it's better.
