Wellness oasis in the heart of the Wildschönau (I)

This old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized. Hundreds of years old wood meets modern elements. This place is therefore ideal for slowing down and relaxing. The property also offers many opportunities to do so, whether on the spacious lawn, on the veranda or on one of the terraces. You of course have various parking options for your car right by the house. The property is located in the village of Oberau, one of the four municipalities of Wildschönau. The space In winter, the crackling fireplace in the living room is something special. The wood-burning stove in the hallway also provides cozy warmth, in addition to the existing house heating. And if it is still too cold in the kitchen despite heating and underfloor heating, you can also heat the wood-burning stove there (please remove any objects placed there from the glass surface) and visually enjoy the warmth through the viewing window. Beech and spruce wood is in the box in the hallway. Guest access Access for guests is possible to all living areas of the front half of the house except for the locked basement. Other things to note Dear guests, First of all, good news: for more than 6 guests, there is a new bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub by prior arrangement. Now I want to start with garbage separation. In these small Tyrolean valleys, garbage disposal is handled differently than, for example, in cities. Here, for example, you have to buy bags for the residual waste disposal (= 1 garbage bag about €5), which is why I kindly ask you to separate the garbage conscientiously. Plastic incl. aluminum and paper come into the buckets under the sink, please collect compost in a container and then dispose of it in your own organic compost bin. The bin is brown and is at the bottom of the driveway. You are welcome to collect or leave glass waste/bottles in the kitchen or, if you want, put it under the veranda in front of the basement door. If necessary, I'm here to help. Not only in summer I find the "soul-browing stations (beach baskets) ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The backrests are adjustable, the foot stools can be extended. Upholstery etc. can be found directly in the beach chair or in the pillow box in the garden. Winter: Please do not enter the house with ski/snowboard shoes. Draining bowls are available in the hallway (please do not put wet shoes on the wooden tiles). The staircase to the upper floor is cantilevered and has no handrail or makeshift. If you want, you can of course use NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME. Both providers are installed on most smart TVs in the kitchen, parlor as well as in the rooms. However, if you want to watch paid movies, I have to continue to charge you these costs. Finally, one more important info: I started last year to expand the back of the house (originally the stables) for my daughter and everything is ready except for the outer wooden trim. For the Airbnb area incl. There is no disturbance to the garden.
