Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere on the premises. The space The Holiday Haven Studio Apartment is a relaxing space for your next getaway. Large patio overlooking gorgeous pool and spa area with water views. Features: - Comfortable queen bed - Bar fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. NO COOKING FACILITIES - no stove or oven - TV - Air conditioning and ceiling fan - Crisp white hotel grade linen and luxury towelling are provided. Beach towels are also provided for your use. As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, washing and dishwashing powder. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed. These are not serviced apartments however should you require this service during your stay we are able to offer it at an additional cost. PARKING There is No Free parking for this unit. There is a paid parking station across the road at Bruce Bishop Carpark. Please see their website for rates. Guest access Entire apartment for private use. Guests can access all Paradise Island Resort facilities: *Lagoon pool and heated spa *Gym and Sauna room *Tennis court *Riverside BBQ areas . Other things to note $5 credit card/paywave operated washing machine and dryer located on Ground floor and at the end of the hallway. Reception desk is not connected to Airbnb guests so are unable to assist with any queries. This also is includes luggage storage. If you are arriving outside the hours of 8am-8pm please advise me so arrangements can be made. Lost keys and security tag will incur a fee.
